For ambitious first-generation, Women of Color and their allies ready to build confidence, own their worth, and build careers they're proud of.
📍 Riverside, California
🗓 Saturday, October 3, 2026
🕘 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
She Can Rise was born from a shared dream.
For years, Nathalia and Daisy envisioned creating an in-person space where ambitious women in the Inland Empire could gather, learn, and grow together. The kind of room they both wished had existed when they were beginning their own career journeys—a room where women feel seen, supported, and reminded that they belong.
Nathalia is a self-taught money coach and financial educator who helps first-gen women, women of color, and their allies build real wealth — without a six figure salary.
Her journey began in 2018 when she found herself $18,312.27 in credit card debt, carrying student loan and car debt, while becoming the sole provider for her family of three on a single income under $100k. With no financial roadmap and no one to show her the way, she built one herself.
By 2021 she was credit card debt free — and she hasn't looked back. Today she is actively investing and on track to retire with a million dollar portfolio before the age of 55.
Nathalia now channels everything she learned into coaching women through debt payoff, investing, budgeting, and building a financial plan that actually works for their real life.
As a first-generation college graduate and former teen mom, Daisy knows what it's like to navigate professional spaces without a roadmap. While building her legal professiona career, she leaned on the encouragement of mentors, educators, and leaders who believed in her long every step of the way.
Today, through Dayz & Co., she's on a mission to become that source of encouragement for the next generation of Daisies. She has helped hundreds of professionals strengthen their confidence, elevate their personal brand, and pursue careers that align with their purpose and potential.
Her workshops are known for being practical, relatable, and rooted in community—creating spaces where women don't just learn new career strategies, they leave feeling empowered to use them.
Together, Nathalia and Daisy created She Can Rise because they believe every woman deserves access to mentorship, community, and career opportunities, regardless of where she started. This summit is more than a one-day event. It's the beginning of a community that will continue cheering you on long after you walk out the doors.
Most career conferences teach you how to get hired.
We're here to help you build a career you genuinely love and become the confident woman who knows she belongs in every room she walks into.
We're also bringing something you won't find at most career conferences: conversations about money. Because landing the job is just the beginning. We'll explore how to make your paycheck work for you, leverage employer benefits, and begin building wealth with confidence - no matter where you're starting.
You'll learn from career coaches, connect with women who share similar experiences, and leave with practical strategies you can use immediately.
More importantly...
You'll leave knowing you don't have to figure it all out alone.
Instead of wondering...
"Can I really do this?"
Imagine walking out thinking...
✔ I know how to advocate for myself with confidence.
✔ I finally understand what it takes to earn promotions.
✔ I have the tools to negotiate my salary without fear.
✔ I found women who understand my journey.
✔ I know how to use my salary and workplace benefits to build long-term wealth.
✔ I have a clear career plan—not just career dreams.
Because that's exactly why we created She Can Rise.
This isn't another networking event where you collect business cards you'll never use.
It's a full day designed to help you build confidence, create meaningful connections, and walk away believing you're capable of more than you've been told.
✓ You're the first in your family navigating college or corporate life.
✓ You're ready to stop doubting yourself.
✓ You know you're capable of more, but you're unsure what your next career move should be.

✓ You're craving genuine community instead of competition.
✓ You want to confidently evaluate job opportunities based on the benefits and resources that help build long-term wealth.
✓ You're ready to invest in yourself and your future.
If you're reading this thinking,
